E-Sign Consent Disclosure

This E-Sign Consent Disclosure (the “E-Sign Disclosure”) applies to your use of crediseek.com and the related Services provided by Goojibear Ltd. (“CrediSeek,” “we,” or “us”). It explains your rights and our practices when we provide records and disclosures to you in electronic form rather than on paper. By clicking, checking, or otherwise indicating your acceptance — including by submitting the funding-match form on our Site — you consent to receive Communications (defined below) electronically as described here.

1. Scope of Consent

“Communications” means any agreements, disclosures, notices, statements, records, or other information that we provide to you, or that you provide to us or sign, in connection with the Services. This includes but is not limited to:

these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and other agreements;
disclosures required by law (including any consumer-protection notices);
updates and changes to such agreements and disclosures;
responses to your inquiries; and
notices about the Services or your information.

You consent to receive all Communications electronically, in any of the following forms: by email to the address you provide, by posting on the Site or in a portal we make available, or by other electronic means we may reasonably designate.

2. Hardware and Software Requirements

To receive and retain electronic Communications, you will need:

a current version of a major web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge);
an internet connection;
an active email address that can receive messages from us;
sufficient storage space or the ability to print to retain copies; and
software that allows you to view PDF files (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader).

We will notify you of any changes to these requirements that materially affect your ability to receive Communications.

3. Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any Communication we have provided to you electronically by contacting us at info@crediseek.com. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies as permitted by law. Requesting a paper copy will not by itself withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically.

4. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically at any time by emailing info@crediseek.comwith the subject line “Withdraw E-Sign Consent.” If you withdraw your consent, we may, in our sole discretion, terminate your access to the Site and Services. Any withdrawal of consent will be effective only after we have a reasonable opportunity to act on it. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal validity or enforceability of Communications provided to you electronically before the withdrawal takes effect.

5. Updating Your Contact Information

You agree to keep your email address and other contact information current. You may update your information by emailing info@crediseek.com. We are not responsible for failed delivery of Communications resulting from outdated information you have provided.

6. Federal Law

We are providing electronic Communications to you under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (the “E-Sign Act”), 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., which generally requires your prior consent to the electronic delivery of certain disclosures. You acknowledge that this E-Sign Disclosure satisfies the consent requirements of the E-Sign Act.

7. Consent

By submitting our funding-match form or otherwise using the Services, you affirm that:

you can access electronic records in the formats described above;
you consent to receive Communications electronically and understand that this consent applies to all Communications related to the Services;
you have read this E-Sign Disclosure and agree to its terms.
