Privacy Policy

Effective: May 3, 2026 · Last updated: May 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Goojibear Ltd. (“CrediSeek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit crediseek.com, submit a request through our forms, or otherwise interact with our services (the “Service”).

CrediSeek is a free online lead-generator that connects users with independent providers of business loans and related financial products. We are not a lender, broker, credit-repair firm, or financial adviser, and we make no credit decisions. Submitting information through the Service is not a loan application; you must apply directly to a provider for any offer.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

When you complete our funding-match form, you provide:

  • Identifiers: first name, last name, email address, phone number, business name.
  • Business and financial details: annual revenue range, time in business, credit-score range, funding amount sought, funding purpose, business type, business location, and similar information needed to match you with funding partners.
  • Communications: any messages or correspondence you send to us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we and our service providers automatically collect:

  • Device and connection data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, language preference, referring URL.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, time spent, clicks, form interactions, timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6 below.
  • Advertising attribution identifiers: Meta Click ID (fbclid), Meta Browser ID (_fbp) cookie, UTM parameters, ad IDs, adset IDs, campaign IDs — used to attribute leads to the advertising campaigns that brought them to us.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (such as Meta) and analytics providers about how you reached our site and how you interact with it.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Match you with funding partners that may be able to offer you financial products;
  • Pre-qualify your request against partner eligibility criteria (such as minimum revenue, time in business, or credit-score thresholds) before sharing it;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Communicate with you about your request, including via email, phone, or text;
  • Measure and improve our advertising — including reporting performance back to advertising platforms (e.g., Meta's Conversions API) so they can optimize the ads you and others see;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. How We Share Information

3.1 With Funding Partners (Lenders)

When your information meets a partner's eligibility criteria, we share it with that partner so they can evaluate and contact you. Our current partner is Advance Funds Network, and we may add additional partners over time. Each partner's use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review. You can ask us at any time which partners have received your information.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with vendors that help us operate the Service, including:

  • Hosting and database: Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Supabase, Inc. (database). These providers process information on our behalf under contractual data protection terms.
  • Analytics: providers that help us understand how the Service is used.
  • Advertising and attribution: Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram ads) and similar platforms — for measuring ad performance through server-side conversion APIs. We may transmit hashed identifiers (such as hashed email and phone) to enable conversion matching.
  • Email and communications: providers that help us send transactional and marketing communications.

3.3 Legal and Safety

We may disclose information when required by law (including subpoenas, court orders, or valid legal process), to enforce our Terms, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction (such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).

3.4 We Do Not Sell Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. Sharing your information with funding partners as described above may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some U.S. state privacy laws because we receive advertising compensation that supports the free Service. If you are a California resident or otherwise have rights under those laws, see Section 7.

4. Marketing Communications and TCPA Consent

By submitting our form and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages — including those made using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) or pre-recorded or artificial voice — from CrediSeekand from our funding partners and their service providers, at the phone number you provided, for the purpose of discussing your funding inquiry, even if your number is on a federal, state, or company “Do Not Call” list. Consent to receive these communications is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, asking the caller to remove you from their list, or emailing info@crediseek.com.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (including financial-record retention requirements that may apply to our partners), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Where data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Make the site work (essential cookies);
  • Remember your form progress (session storage);
  • Measure site performance and how visitors use the Service (analytics);
  • Attribute leads to the advertising campaigns that brought them in (advertising attribution).

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may break some site functionality. You can also adjust ad-personalization settings directly with advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ad Preferences).

7. Your Rights

7.1 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and share about you;
  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information;
  • Be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise these rights, contact info@crediseek.com with your request and enough information for us to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by law.

Categories of personal information we have collected in the past 12 months: identifiers, customer records information, internet/network activity information, geolocation data (general, derived from IP), inferences (such as eligibility for funding products), and the financial information described in Section 1.1.

Sources: directly from you, automatically from your device, and from advertising and analytics platforms (Section 1.3).

Categories disclosed: we disclose the categories above to funding partners (Section 3.1), service providers (Section 3.2), and as required by law (Section 3.3).

7.2 Vermont Residents

We will not share your nonpublic personal information with non-affiliates without your express consent, except as permitted by Vermont law.

7.3 Other U.S. State Privacy Laws

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including but not limited to Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia) have similar rights. To exercise them, contact us at info@crediseek.com.

7.4 Outside the United States

The Service is operated from outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions and is intended for use by United States businesses. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand and consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions where we and our service providers operate.

8. Equal Credit Opportunity Notice

CrediSeek does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract), receipt of public-assistance income, or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. Suspected discrimination may be reported to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, 1700 G Street NW, Washington, DC 20552.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for individuals 18 years or older who are authorized to apply for funding on behalf of a business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact info@crediseek.com and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by posting a prominent notice on the Service or, where required by law, by direct notice to you. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
